For the Return Policy, they do not accept returns for boxes. If you have prepaid for a subscription but have changed your mind, they do not refund prepaid subscriptions. As for the Shipping Policy, they ship to the United States & Canada. Shipping subscription products in the United States is free. However, shipping subscription products to Canada are paid by the subscriber. If you have any questions, you can email them at contact@adorebox.com. They answer emails in the order they are received. However, they request that you email only once as their email system groups all emails with the same email address and sorts them by oldest first. Every time you email, your email gets dropped to the bottom of the list.
